Former IGP Kale Kayihura’s blue eye is having sleepless nights after getting intentions to contest for the Western Region NRM Vice Chairperson seat.
This young man identified as Blaise Kamugisha is warming up to floor Dr Chris Baryomunsi also Ugandan ICT Minister.
The flamboyant young man is threatening to step into the shoes of the NRM party fire fox to be next to the number one citizen.
Kamugisha is one of the newest kids on the block threatening to take up key positions in the ruling party government.
He has shared part of the national cake including a major deal of supplying posho and beans to the Uganda Police.
This deal made him knock offices during the former IGP Gen Kale Kayihura’s times in office.
The deal flopped after President Museveni smelling rat about Gen Kale Kayihura’s fishy move.
